      <description><![CDATA[<p><span>Summary</span></p><p>We are seeking a motivated individual who is self-driven, can easily acclimate to an ever changing industry, and in turn, adapt to varying job duties with added responsibilities.&nbsp; This position reports to the Chief Compliance Officer/QC Manager.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Qualifications</span></p><p>Minimum of 2 years QC experience OR 5+ years in the mortgage industry</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Job Duties</span> (including, but not limited to)</p><p>Create post-closing audit monthly, assign files to auditors, and order required field reviews</p><p>Create servicing audit monthly, submit to Situs, and monitor progress</p><p>Complete required EPD audits</p><p>Complete required Discretionary audits</p><p>Complete required Targeted audits</p><p>Manage company pipeline via Encompass reports and communication with LOs, processors, and CRRs</p><p>Provide loan files and/or missing documentation for QC requests from Fannie, Freddie, FHA, investors, and MI companies</p><p>Assist with state and federal audits as needed by the Compliance Officer</p><p>Review/process Paracorp notifications as received and disseminate accordingly</p><p>Assist as needed as ACES admin</p><p>Assist as needed as FHA Connections admin</p><p>Monitor pre-funding and post-closing audit percentages to ensure current requirements are being met and/or exceeded</p><p>Update National MI certificates monthly</p><p>Assist QC team with approvals of appraisers, title agents, and POAs as well as processing withdrawn and declined loans as needed</p><p>Assist with appraisal transfers and SSR generation when needed</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p> </p><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
